Will you always beat my kit price?
No. Our aim is to help you find a cheaper comparable kit, but an improved offer depends on specification, site requirements and supplier pricing. Any difference in materials or inclusions must be made clear.
Who receives my enquiry?
FormSubmit sends your enquiry and attachments to Rowan’s nominated Gmail inbox for Shed Quote Check to review as a separate lead-generation business. Our nominated supply partner is Sale Barns and Garages Pty Ltd, ABN 65 652 115 289. Your quote is not automatically distributed to a supplier panel or forwarded by the website. We discuss any onward referral with you first.
Is this the complete installed shed price?
No. The focus is the shed kit. Compare the kit price including GST and the applicable freight or delivery charges. Slab, earthworks, installation, permits and approvals are excluded unless expressly included in a separate written offer.
What does a like-for-like check include?
Dimensions, layout, steel and cladding, site engineering assumptions, doors, accessories and documentation, plus GST and freight. A materially different kit should be described as an alternative, not an identical product at a saving.
Can I enquire from anywhere in Australia?
You can provide your postcode when enquiries open, but serviceability is checked individually. No postcode or state is automatically confirmed by this form. Kit supply, freight and other services may have different coverage.
What should I include in the quote file?
Include readable pages showing the specification, inclusions, price, quote date and expiry. Cover bank details, signatures and unrelated personal information. Use one plain PDF or up to three JPG/PNG images, with a 5 MB per-file and 10 MB combined limit.
Does sending a quote commit me to a purchase?
No. Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or accept a supplier quotation. Any purchase would be covered by the supplier’s separate written offer and terms.
